About the Site Creator

Darren Wittko is the site creator. He travels to Walt Disney World several times each year.  In addition to creating The Best of Walt Disney World, Darren is an independent agent with Magical Vacations Travel, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner and he’s a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge. He has contributed to The Unofficial Guide: Color Companion to Walt Disney World and is active in the Disney community. Wittko collects Walt Disney World memorabilia, among his most prized collectables is an early edition guide map of the Magic Kingdom that was a gift from Dave Smith, Chief Archivist for the Walt Disney Company.
